Inflammation is a daily struggle for many of us. This tea can help relieve sore and swollen joints and to calm internal inflammation.
Ingredients: Fennel, peppercorn, strawberry, orange peel, feverfew, honey, hibiscus, lemongrass
To infuse, use one teaspoon per cup of water at 185°F and allow to steep for two minutes. Stronger infusions (5-7 minutes) will yield more benefit, but may taste bitter.
